How much does each Band cost?

Email us at robstrumpet@hotmail.com or call 07833197142 to work out your tailor made plan, unique to your special event. Please include the date and location of your function and any other relevant details.

How long do you play for?

Most functions book us to play 2 x 60 minute sets.

Do you play recorded music during your breaks?

Yes, we can provide a DJ or we can play music from an Ipod. If you prefer you can provide your own CD’s or a playlist on an Ipod.

Can you play at our wedding ceremony/drinks reception/dinner as well as providing music for the evening?

Yes, this is something we do regularly. Please contact us with your requirements. How much space do you need? approximately 6m x 4m for the full 7-piece band. A stage isn’t necessary but its always nice to have one. We can also play outside, but will need to be under cover in case of rain as our equipment is easily damaged.

How long do you take to set up?

It usually takes us about 40 minutes to set up.

How far do you travel?

The band can travel anywhere. Please add location details into your email and we will work out your unique, tailor made plan. Can we come and see you live? All three Bands have residences and play regularly in Brighton. Contact us to find out when and where we are playing next.

What if I have to cancel?

You may cancel the band at no cost to yourself up to 6 months before the event. Full payment will be required for cancellations within 6 months of the event.

Have any of the Bands ever had to cancel?

No! If one of the band members is taken ill, we have plenty of backup musicians and singers available.

What do the musicians need?

The musicians may have travelled long distances to reach you and their day is very long, so they’ll require a hot meal at some point during the evening and soft drinks. Also good power supplies for PA & Lighting and musical equipment are essential
