Paul Richards – Solo Guitarist

Paul is a versatile solo guitarist specialising in Classical, Jazz, Spanish and South American genres providing top quality music for special occasions including weddings, dinner parties and corporate events. He is based in Brighton and Sussex but performs throughout the UK and abroad.
The classic Brazilian repertoire is covered from composers such as Antonio Carlos Jobim, Toquino, Luiz Bonfa, Baden Powell and Edu Lobo for Bossa Nova / Samba.
Famous classical concert masterpieces such as Recuerdos de la Alhambra and La Catedral are covered through to interesting and ryhtmic traditional classical style Brazilian Choro pieces by composers such as Pixinguinha and Enersto Nazareth. Argentinean Tango and folkloric music such as Chacareras, Gatos and Milongas are also other exiting genres included.
The Jazz side spans from standards by Gershwin, Porter etc. via Parker Bebop through to contemporary composers such as Chick Corea.
